This challenge is designed to be both practical and sustainable. It's not about overwhelming you with information or complicated routines. Instead, you’ll learn simple, body-based tools to regulate your nervous system—tools you can use in real life, even during stressful moments.
You’ll also have the support of live guided sessions, a resource guide, and a mid-week Q&A to help you integrate the practices. The goal is to create small, manageable shifts that build resilience over time.

Each day includes a 20 minute guided meditation session, along with a short nervous system check-in and reflection prompt. Plan for an hour, but it may go less!
These practices are designed to fit into your daily life, helping you start your day feeling grounded. If you miss a day, you’ll have access to recordings and resources to catch up. -
This week is designed to meet you where you are. If you feel overwhelmed at any point, you can pause and come back when you're ready.
The techniques you'll learn, including grounding and regulation tools, are specifically meant to help you manage feelings of overwhelm.
Additionally, you’ll have access to live support during the mid-week Q&A session.

Yes, but it's important to approach the week at your own pace. I am trained and certified, but am not a licensed therapist, nor is the week designed to support individuals from a therapeutic perspective.
Many of the practices are trauma-informed and focused on creating a sense of safety within your body. If at any point you feel triggered or dysregulated, you can pause the practice and use one of the quick grounding techniques from the "emergency toolkit." Listening to your body's needs is key. -
Yes, you’ll be able to access the recordings, meditations, and resources up to 7 days after the challenge ends. This allows you to continue using the tools and build long-term support for your nervous system. If you would like ongoing support, I’d love to invite you into one of my group programs or 1:1 support.

I hear this all the time, so you’re not alone!
You might feel that meditation isn’t for you—perhaps you’ve tried sitting in silence before and found your mind racing, or maybe it just didn’t feel effective. That’s completely normal! Meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting in stillness for long periods or trying to "empty your mind." Even I’ve had difficulties and I’m a professional. ;)In this challenge, you'll be guided through gentle, supportive meditations designed specifically to help regulate your nervous system. Guided meditation can feel easier because you’re not doing it on your own. Instead, you'll have step-by-step prompts to help you relax, connect with your body, and create a sense of safety.
Plus, these meditations are practical and grounded. They focus on simple tools like body scans, breath work, and visualization, making it easier to stay present and engaged. Even if you’ve struggled with meditation in the past, you may be surprised at how calming and accessible these sessions feel.

I’m an Integrative Somatic Resilience Coach passionate about guiding people out of anxiety and overwhelm into a state of calm, grounded empowerment, and inner harmony.
I take a mindful, holistic approach that integrates the practical with the holistic. I’m a Trauma-Informed ICF-certified coach, with training and ongoing certifications in Anxiety Support, Grief Counseling, Racial & Generational Trauma, ADHD and Somatic Wellness.
I am also trained in western herbalism and flower essence therapy and can incorporate astrology and past life regression/Akashic Records into my Transformational coaching to support both healing and personal growth.
I personally understand how chronic stress, illness and uncertainty can take a toll on both mind and body, leaving you feeling disconnected and stuck in survival mode. That’s why I’m passionate about offering compassionate, practical tools that foster emotional resilience and a deeper sense of safety.
